About The Position

Main Line Health is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner for their Primary Care in Delaware County Group, located in Springfield, PA. As a Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA), you will assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients in collaboration with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team. You’ll serve as a trusted advocate for patients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless, coordinated care across the continuum. In addition to providing comprehensive primary care, you will help lead quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives that drive outstanding patient outcomes and elevate the care experience. Main Line Health offers opportunities for career development, including Tuition Reimbursement for certifications or advanced degrees, eligible for up to $6,000 per year based on Full-Time status. Requirements

  • Two (2) years’ experience as Nurse Practitioner Required in a Primary Care Setting.
  • Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program required.
  • MSN required.
  • Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Examiners as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in an interdisciplinary environment.
  • New to practice Providers cannot be considered at this time.

Nice To Haves

  • A minimum of two years nursing experience in specific clinical area preferred.
  • BLS Certification by American Heart Association preferred upon hire, required in timeframe specified in CPR (BLS)/ALS/PALS Policy
  • May require PALS (pediatric advanced life support).
