About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our Primary Care team. The NP will provide comprehensive healthcare services to a diverse patient population, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Requirements
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in NJ
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Active NJ CDS and DEA license
- BLS certification
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years experience in primary care preferred
- Strong knowledge of primary care, chronic disease management, and preventive healthcare
