About The Position

Main Line Health is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner for their Delaware County Group, located in Springfield, PA. In this role, you will use your advanced clinical training to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care and make a meaningful impact on the health of the community. As a Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA), you will assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients in collaboration with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team. You will serve as a trusted advocate for patients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless, coordinated care. Additionally, you will help lead quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives to drive outstanding patient outcomes and elevate the care experience. Main Line Health invests in furthering employee education by offering Tuition Reimbursement, eligible for up to $6,000 per year based on Full-Time status. Requirements

  • Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program required.
  • MSN required.
  • Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Examiners as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner.
  • Two (2) years’ experience as Nurse Practitioner Required in a Primary Care Setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in an interdisciplinary environment.
  • New to practice Providers cannot be considered at this time.

Nice To Haves

  • A minimum of two years nursing experience in specific clinical area preferred.
  • BLS Certification by American Heart Association preferred upon hire, required in timeframe specified in CPR (BLS)/ALS/PALS Policy
  • May require PALS (pediatric advanced life support).
