About The Position

Elliot Health seeks an experienced Family Medicine Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, as a full-time floater to cover our NH practice locations: Bedford, Raymond, Suncook, Hookset, Londonderry, and Windham. Covering holidays, sick, vacation, and more. Administrative duties working from home when not in the office. Work in a state-of-the-art Medical Clinic with Lab, X-Ray, Urgent Care, and Pharmacy on-site. Requirements

• Experienced full-time Family Medicine APRN or PA, 2+ years experience
• at least 2 years of experience in family medicine
