Requirements

Active Colorado licensure as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Current DEA licensure and NCCPA certification for Physician Assistant candidates.
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program; Master’s degree preferred.
3 to 5 years of clinical experience in an APP role and at least 1-year experience in Family Medicine or similar role preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with patients, providers, and staff.
Ability to maintain quality standards and become proficient in required clinical and healthcare software systems within six months of hire.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree preferred.
1-year experience in Family Medicine or similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and perform comprehensive physical assessments.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions.
Order, review, and communicate diagnostic and laboratory results.
Prescribe medications and monitor patient response to treatment.
Educate patients and families on wellness, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
Support quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with healthcare standards.
