Nurse Practitioner/Physician Associate
About The Position
AgeRight Clinical Services (ACS) is seeking an experienced Family, Adult, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join their team. ACS focuses on transforming healthcare delivery and improving health outcomes for seniors in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care environments. As a clinician with ACS, you will collaborate with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, including physicians, other NPs/PAs, facility nursing staff, therapists, dieticians, and social workers, to provide compassionate, holistic care. This role offers the opportunity to work in a facility-based setting, enjoy autonomy, and build meaningful relationships with patients.
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted Oregon state license, or ability to obtain.
- Experience as a Family, Adult, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate.
- Desire to work in a facility-based environment.
- Enjoyment of autonomy.
- Willingness to exercise clinical skillset.
