Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in urgent care, family practice, or emergency settings
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to patients of all ages
- Perform history taking, exams, lab testing, simple procedures, and prescribe medications
- Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Support a customer-focused environment and uphold high standards of care
- Lead the clinic when needed and supervise support staff in a positive, teaching-focused manner
- Stay flexible with cross-training and assist with tasks outside your normal scope as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve clinic flow and support our mission and values
