About The Position

Ready for a role that combines competitive pay with a truly enjoyable work culture? HealthCARE Express is hiring full-time Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants at our Maumelle clinic starting at $65/hr+, plus the chance to work on a team that values growth, positivity, and fun. In this role, you'll provide medical care to patients of all ages, including history taking, examinations, lab testing, performing simple procedures, and prescribing medications and treatments according to current standards of care. You'll be expected to maintain accurate and timely medical records, uphold professionalism, and follow infection control and safety procedures, particularly when handling sharps and body fluids. Additionally, you'll adhere to established protocols that ensure a customer-friendly environment and provide care following best practices in medicine. If a particular protocol is not in place, you'll be responsible for leading the clinic and supervising subordinate medical staff, with an emphasis on teaching and guiding rather than using demeaning language or behavior. Flexibility for cross-training and occasionally performing tasks outside your normal scope of practice is also required. You'll observe, identify, and act on what is needed to advance the clinic in a way that reflects the organization's values and vision. Founded in 2006, HealthCARE Express employs about 400 people across Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. We operate 16 urgent care facilities, a specialty clinic, and a medical billing department. Our unique culture emphasizes personal growth, work-play balance, and community service. Each year, our urgent care locations treat approximately 230,000 patients, and we support our communities through monthly service projects. At HealthCARE Express, having fun while delivering 5-star patient care isn't just part of the job-it is the job. Our team members rise to high expectations daily, and we foster a fun, engaging work environment with monthly themed dress-up days. Please note that all new hires may have to participate in a 4-day training session in Texarkana, TX as part of the onboarding process.
