About The Position

HealthCARE Express is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Longview urgent care clinic. We're looking for an experienced provider who enjoys variety, works well in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a supportive team focused on providing excellent patient care. As a provider with HealthCARE Express, you'll care for patients of all ages with a wide range of illnesses and injuries. You'll perform histories and physical exams, order and interpret appropriate testing, perform simple procedures, prescribe medications, and maintain accurate and timely documentation. Our providers also play an important leadership role within the clinic. You'll work closely with clinical support staff, help maintain an efficient patient flow, mentor team members when needed, and contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment. We're looking for someone with strong clinical judgment who can stay flexible and confident in a busy urgent care setting. New hires may be required to attend onboarding and training in Texarkana, TX. All required travel expenses are paid.

Requirements

• Experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Strong clinical judgment

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of experience in urgent care, family practice, or emergency medicine.
