About The Position

Cucamonga Valley Medical Group (CVMG) is seeking compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Practitioners to join their team. CVMG operates in five locations and is dedicated to providing excellent and compassionate care. The NP/PA Practitioner will be responsible for delivering comprehensive, high-quality care to CVMG's patient population, including treating, diagnosing, and educating patients on their health and well-being. This role involves managing both acute and chronic conditions with a focus on wellness, health education, and preventative medicine. Practitioners are expected to manage a daily patient load of up to 24 patients, spanning all age groups from newborns to geriatrics. Key responsibilities include efficiently completing patient charts, reviewing test results and messages, and managing prescription refills. The role also requires demonstrating leadership in patient care within the clinic setting and actively participating in continuing education to enhance professional knowledge and leadership skills. Requirements

  • Current California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License
  • California DEA Certificate
  • Current NPI
  • Current BLS

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive, quality care for CVMG's patient population.
