About The Position

The Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Salud Family Health in Fort Lupton, CO, will approach tasks in a team-based care fashion that supports patients and their families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change. As a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner at Salud, you will perform routine clinic operations, take histories, and make physical assessments, all the while adhering to the spirit of the SALUD mission statement: to provide a quality, integrated healthcare home to the communities we serve.

Requirements

  • Must have graduated or been graduating from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Possess an unrestricted Physician Assistant license or Nurse Practitioner license in good standing in the State of Colorado
  • Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must

Nice To Haves

  • The ability to speak Spanish is strongly preferred
  • 3 years of experience in a clinical setting as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant preferred
