About The Position

Allergy & ENT Associates is seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team, supporting the Baytown and Kingwood locations. As a leading multi-specialty practice, they provide comprehensive care in Allergy, Asthma, Sinus, and ENT. This role offers an opportunity for an APP to work in a collaborative environment, expand their specialty expertise, and pursue long-term professional growth.

Requirements

• Current Texas NP or PA license, or ability to obtain
• Board certification as an NP or PA-C
• Strong clinical and patient communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a physician-led team

Nice To Haves

• Allergy, ENT, Primary Care, Urgent Care, or related experience preferred
• Allergy and/or ENT experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and physical examinations
• Diagnose and manage allergy, asthma, sinus, and ENT conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing
• Prescribe medications and therapies within scope of practice
• Educate patients regarding treatment plans and ongoing condition management
• Perform appropriate in-office procedures based on training and competency
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR
• Collaborate closely with physicians, APPs, and clinical staff to provide high-quality patient care
