About The Position

WOMEN Obstetrics & Gynecology is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their growing, collaborative team in Nashville, TN. This practice is a highly regarded, all-female physician group known for its patient-first and high-touch approach to women's health. They are dedicated to personalized, evidence-based medicine, fostering team collaboration, prioritizing provider well-being, and ensuring an excellent patient experience. The practice was named Nashville Scene's Best OB/GYN Practice in 2025. They welcome new graduates, experienced, and highly experienced providers to apply. The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will play a critical role in managing routine and gynecologic care, allowing physicians to focus on complex cases. This structure supports both provider development and high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program prior to start date
• Board certification (or eligibility) required

Responsibilities

• Manage routine and gynecologic care for patients.
• Provide full-scope OB/GYN care with an emphasis on women's health.
• Perform office procedures such as NSTs, Ultrasounds, Hysteroscopies, IUD placements, and Biopsies.
