About The Position

Gervino Group is partnering with a growing healthcare organization to find licensed Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for a unique, medically driven behavioral health model. This 100% remote, 1099 independent contractor opportunity offers a flexible schedule, allowing practitioners to set their own hours for part-time or full-time work. The role involves providing ethical, patient-centered care for individuals involved in legal cases, conducting assessments, follow-ups, and non-controlled medication management. Practitioners will maintain clear, defensible documentation using Jane EHR, deliver virtual care with autonomy, and collaborate with behavioral health counselors. The focus is on quality, necessity-based care rather than patient volume, with compensation based on CPT codes performed.

Requirements

Licensed NP or PA in one or more of the following states: New York (urgent need), Georgia, Texas (Spanish required), Massachusetts, Tennessee
Comfortable working at the intersection of healthcare and legal
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Open to testifying based on clinical documentation if needed
Must adhere to all state-specific regulations
No ADHD stimulants or controlled substances prescribed
