About The Position

Gervino Group is partnering with a growing healthcare organization seeking licensed Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to support a unique, medically driven behavioral health model. This is an opportunity to step into meaningful work that blends clinical care with legal-medical collaboration, all in a flexible, remote environment. The care provided is medically driven and necessity-based, not volume-based. Documentation maintained by the practitioner may be used in legal settings, including potential depositions, requiring a strong emphasis on accuracy, clarity, and compliance. The role involves no prescribing of ADHD stimulants or controlled substances and requires adherence to all state-specific regulations. This position is ideal for someone who wants to use their clinical expertise in a thoughtful, impactful way, without the chaos of high-volume care.

Requirements

Licensed NP or PA in one or more of the following states: New York (urgent need), Georgia, Texas (Spanish required), Massachusetts, Tennessee
Comfortable working at the intersection of healthcare and legal
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Open to testifying based on clinical documentation if needed
Must adhere to all state-specific regulations

Responsibilities

Provide ethical, patient-centered care for individuals involved in legal cases
Conduct assessments, follow-ups, and medication management (non-controlled)
Maintain clear, defensible documentation tied to patient condition and incident impact
Utilize Jane EHR for charting and scheduling
Deliver virtual care with flexibility and autonomy
