About The Position

Gervino Group is seeking licensed Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA) to join a growing healthcare organization. This role supports a unique, medically driven behavioral health model, blending clinical care with legal-medical collaboration. The position is 100% remote and offers a flexible schedule, allowing practitioners to set their own hours. Responsibilities include providing ethical, patient-centered care for individuals involved in legal cases, conducting assessments, follow-ups, and non-controlled medication management. The role emphasizes maintaining clear, defensible documentation for potential legal use. It is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity with compensation based on CPT codes performed, focusing on quality care rather than patient volume. The ideal candidate is comfortable working at the intersection of healthcare and legal, possesses strong documentation skills, and is open to testifying based on clinical documentation if required.

Requirements

Licensed NP or PA in one or more of the following states: New York, Georgia, Texas (Spanish required), Massachusetts, Tennessee
Comfortable working at the intersection of healthcare and legal
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Open to testifying based on clinical documentation if needed
Must adhere to all state-specific regulations
No ADHD stimulants or controlled substances prescribed
