About The Position

Gervino Group is partnering with a growing healthcare organization seeking licensed Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to support a unique, medically driven behavioral health model. This is an opportunity to step into meaningful work that blends clinical care with legal-medical collaboration—all in a flexible, remote environment. The role involves providing ethical, patient-centered care for individuals involved in legal cases, conducting assessments, follow-ups, and medication management (non-controlled). The position emphasizes clear, defensible documentation for legal settings and offers a flexible, scalable workload focused on quality care rather than patient volume.

Requirements

Licensed NP or PA in one or more of the following states: New York (urgent need), Georgia, Texas (Spanish required), Massachusetts, Tennessee
Comfortable working at the intersection of healthcare and legal
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Open to testifying based on clinical documentation if needed
Must adhere to all state-specific regulations
No ADHD stimulants or controlled substances prescribed

Background or interest in behavioral health preferred

Responsibilities
