About The Position

We’re seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join our medical aesthetics team in Los Angeles. This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling and strong earning potential, with the opportunity to grow into full-time. You’ll support both of our LA locations—Thursdays and Fridays in Brentwood, and Saturdays in Culver City. Requirements

1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
1-2 years of hands-on experience with aesthetic medical spa procedures.
Must have direct, hands-on experience in medical spa procedures such as injections with the certification/licenses to all that apply, and the ability to perfectly perform said procedures.
Must possess a medical license active in the practicing state and comply with the stated scope of practice as defined by the State Board of Nursing and State Medical Board.
Must have a clear disciplinary history record.
Strong hands-on experience in a true medical aesthetics environment
Confidence performing a range of treatments, including both on-label and off-label procedures
Proven ability to manage guest expectations, concerns, and complications with professionalism and care
A passion for delivering natural, results-driven outcomes
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with guests
A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture

Nice To Haves

Preferred to have hands-on experience in other medical spa procedures (i.e., lasers, photorejuvenation, advanced peels, microneedling, etc.), certification/licenses to all that apply, and the ability to perfectly perform said procedures.
