Wound Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Job Summary Schedule | PRN The Wound Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant functions under the clinical supervision of licensed physicians, providing high quality wound care to patients within Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital, and Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital settings in our Wisconsin Rapids, Stevens Point, Wausau, Merrill and Tomahawk service areas.
