About The Position
NIVA Health is hiring a recent Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant graduate for its Mobile Wound Care Division. The provider delivers compassionate wound care in patients’ homes or local facilities. Comprehensive training and mentorship in advanced wound care techniques are provided, and prior experience is not necessary. The role includes hands-on care using modern therapies and assessment tools, collaboration with experienced clinical leaders, and opportunities to develop clinical skills, documentation, patient communication, and care coordination. Requirements
- Recent graduate with an active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license, or a license in process.
- Eager to learn, open to feedback, and excited to grow professionally.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work independently and adapt to new settings.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on wound care using modern therapies and assessment tools.
- Work with experienced clinical leaders to develop treatment plans and clinical skills.
- Develop knowledge of documentation, patient communication, and care coordination.
- Educate patients and their families about managing care.
- Deliver care in patients’ homes or local facilities.
