About The Position

Virtua Medical Group is seeking a Full-Time Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP) to join their new Clinical Decision Unit (CDU). The CDU is an extension of the Emergency Department, designed to provide short-term care for patients who require extended diagnostics or brief hospital treatments before discharge. As an APP in the CDU, you will be instrumental in patient care, including admissions, coordinating in-hospital treatment, and managing transitions to outpatient services or inpatient admissions when necessary. You will collaborate closely with dedicated CDU physicians to deliver seamless, patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Experience in a hospital setting is required.
• Strong motivation
• Excellent teamwork
• Leadership skills are essential.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a Clinical Decision Unit or Emergency Department is highly preferred.
