About The Position
Salud Family Health is seeking a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work 2.5 days per week at their Sterling, CO location. In this role, you will work in a team-based care model, supporting patients and their families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change. You will perform routine clinic operations, take histories, and make physical assessments, all while adhering to the SALUD mission statement of providing a quality, integrated healthcare home to the communities they serve.
Requirements
- Graduated or graduating from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Possess an unrestricted Physician Assistant license or Nurse Practitioner license in good standing in the State of Colorado
Nice To Haves
- The ability to speak Spanish is strongly preferred
- Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must
- 3 years of experience in a clinical setting as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant preferred
