About The Position
Virtua Medical Group is excited to welcome a Full-Time Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP) to join our new Clinical Decision Unit (CDU), an extension of the Emergency Department designed to provide short-term care for patients needing extended diagnostics or brief hospital treatments before discharge. As an APP in the CDU, you will play a critical role in patient care, including admissions, coordinating in-hospital treatment, and managing transitions to outpatient services or inpatient admissions when necessary. You will work closely alongside dedicated CDU physicians to deliver seamless, patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Experience in a hospital setting is required.
- Strong motivation, excellent teamwork, and leadership skills are essential.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a Clinical Decision Unit or Emergency Department is highly preferred.
