About The Position

We're seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Salud Family Health in Fort Morgan, Co. At Salud, our Physician Assistants & Nurse Practitioners approach their tasks in a team-based care fashion that supports patients and their families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change. As a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner at Salud, you will perform routine clinic operations, take histories, and make physical assessments, all the while adhering to the spirit of the SALUD mission statement. We offer: Starting Annual Salary - $105,000 to $138,750 Up to $5,000 Relocation Package Student loan repayment potential

Requirements

Must have graduated or been graduating from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Possess an unrestricted Physician Assistant license or Nurse Practitioner license in good standing in the State of Colorado
Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must
3 years of experience in a clinical setting as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant preferred

Nice To Haves

The ability to speak Spanish is strongly preferred
