About The Position

Tia is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their SoHo clinic and redefine whole-person care. As a foundational member of the team, the role involves providing primary care and women's health services, and actively contributing to the evolution of Tia's care model to better serve women. The position offers built-in protected time for documentation, care coordination, and team collaboration, along with AI-supported documentation to reduce charting burden. The clinic is located in a prime location and the role includes quarterly bonuses and equity.

Requirements

NP or PA; National Board Certification (e.g., ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA); Active NY License and DEA.
2+ years in outpatient primary care with a focus on Women’s Health (routine gyn, contraception, STIs), Mental Health, and inclusive, patient-centered care.
Data-driven and adaptable; comfortable collaborating with Operations to balance clinical quality with workflow efficiency.

Specialized Women’s Health: Menopause management and sexual health.
Expanded Primary Care: Medical dermatology, weight management, and procedural scope.

Responsibilities
