About The Position

Salud Family Health is seeking a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work 2.5 days per week at their Sterling, CO location. In this role, you will work in a team-based care model, supporting patients and their families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change. You will perform routine clinic operations, take patient histories, and conduct physical assessments, all while upholding the mission of Salud Family Health to provide quality, integrated healthcare to the communities they serve, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.

Requirements

Graduated or graduating from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Possess an unrestricted Physician Assistant license or Nurse Practitioner license in good standing in the State of Colorado
Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must

Nice To Haves

The ability to speak Spanish is strongly preferred
3 years of experience in a clinical setting as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant preferred
