Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - $5,000 Sign On Bonus
About The Position
HealthCARE Express is looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our urgent care team. This opportunity offers competitive compensation of $75 per hour or more based on experience, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, full benefits, and a workplace culture centered on teamwork, professional growth, positivity, and delivering 5-star patient care. Urgent care is fast-moving, hands-on, and rarely predictable. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in urgent care, family practice, or emergency medicine is preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Occupational medicine experience is a plus but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical care to patients of all ages
- Obtain patient histories and perform physical examinations
- Conduct lab testing and simple procedures
- Prescribe appropriate treatments
- Maintain complete, accurate, and timely medical records
- Follow established infection control and safety protocols, particularly when handling sharps and body fluids
- Help maintain a professional, customer-centered clinic environment
- Provide leadership and guidance to the clinic team when needed, using a supportive and teaching-focused approach
- Remain flexible and assist with responsibilities outside your typical scope when necessary
- Help improve clinic flow and support the mission and values of HealthCARE Express
