About The Position

We are seeking a mission-driven Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a nonprofit primary care team dedicated to delivering integrated, holistic, and fair-priced healthcare.This is a unique opportunity to be a founding clinician at a brand-new site. You will start with onboarding and training at our established Albuquerque clinic before becoming the clinical anchor for our new Los Lunas location opening in Fall 2026. Requirements
- Licensing: Must be a Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (eligible for New Mexico licensure).
- Mission Alignment: A deep commitment to working with underserved populations and an interest in holistic/integrative medicine.
Nice To Haves
- Experience: Previous experience in Primary Care or an outpatient setting is preferred.
- Language: Spanish proficiency is a significant plus but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Management: Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions within an outpatient primary care setting.
- Collaborative Care: Work alongside an interdisciplinary team of clinical and support staff to provide a seamless patient experience.
- Patient Advocacy: Deliver care with a focus on dignity, ensuring that every patient—regardless of insurance status—feels heard and respected.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely clinical records to support high-quality continuity of care.
