About The Position

Suyi Park, MD & Associates is seeking a dedicated and personable Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its team full time at a new primary care office in Baltimore. The role supports the practice’s mission of expanding access to quality care and combines community outreach with direct patient care. The position offers the potential to grow into a larger clinical role as the practice expands.

Requirements

Active Maryland NP or PA license in good standing.
Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently.
Passion for primary care and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive physical exams and health assessments.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory tests and imaging.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations.
Provide preventive care, including immunizations and screenings.
Work closely with an Internal Medicine Clinician and the care team to ensure continuity of care.
Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow up on patient progress.
Educate patients and families on health management and lifestyle changes.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records.
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
Uphold patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirements.
Travel locally for outreach events.
