This opportunity is open to candidates of all experience levels, though those with dialysis or nephrology experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Preferred experience as a Hospitalist, Cardiology or Nephrology and training will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into nephrology. Requirements
- Master’s degree program in nursing or physician assistant studies with nationally recognized course content, formal clinical preparation with minimum hour standards per program requirements
- Competencies in advanced health assessment, physical examination, diagnosis, planning, and managing care including pharmacotherapeutics.
- Knowledge of patient assessment techniques including taking medical histories, performing physicals, evaluating health status including state of wellness, and compliance with care recommendations.

Responsibilities
- Dialysis center rounding
- Daytime hospital coverage
- Outpatient clinic coverage
- Provide nursing expertise in diagnosis and treatment to prevent, remediate, or alleviate illness and promote health, thus, resulting in improved patient outcomes.
- Diagnosing and treating medical problems and developing care plans.
- Documentation in medical records in a confidential manner.

- $100,000-$115,000 base depending on experience
