Requirements
- Unrestricted CA License
- CA DEA certificate required prior to start date
- Certificate of completion from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant school
- EMR Proficiency
Nice To Haves
- 2-3 years of experience preferred
- New Grads are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Strictly home visits
- Patient volume is 8 per day, some telehealth
- Program is a 2-component system (post discharge and care plus primary)
- Provide medical guidance and treatment, must be comfortable prescribing
