Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Urgent Care Per Diem
About The Position
UMass Memorial Medical Group seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team. Our competitive compensation and benefits package places us as your top choice in the region. Requirements
- A Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
- Eligible or current Massachusetts license.
- National certification (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, as applicable).
- Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration.
- Federal DEA Controlled Substance Registration.
Responsibilities
- Provide same-day treatment for non-emergency illnesses and injuries in a walk-in urgent care setting.
- Serve a broad Central Massachusetts community.
- Work with a diverse patient mix (adult + some pediatric cases).
- Collaborate with other Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
- Utilize Epic EMR.
