About The Position

This is a high-volume outpatient Family Medicine opportunity for a provider who enjoys seeing a broad range of patients across the lifespan. You’ll manage acute visits, chronic disease follow-up, preventive care, and continuity-based primary care in a fast-paced clinic environment. The Florence location serves a medically complex patient population, making this an especially strong fit for providers who enjoy clinical variety, autonomy, and meaningful patient relationships. Providers here are expected to balance efficiency with thoughtful patient care while collaborating closely with support staff and fellow clinicians. You’ll work four extended clinic days each week, allowing for a consistent schedule and a built-in three-day weekend every week. The role offers strong exposure to comprehensive outpatient medicine while maintaining predictable hours and no weekend responsibilities. New graduates who are already licensed in Arizona are welcome to apply. However, candidates with prior Family Medicine or Primary Care experience will be especially well-positioned for success in this setting.

Requirements

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Arizona
  • DEA license or ability to obtain
  • Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
  • Current BLS certification
  • Ability to work full-time Tuesday through Friday schedule

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of Family Medicine or Primary Care experience
  • Experience managing medically complex patient populations
  • Prior high-volume outpatient clinic experience
  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Conduct routine wellness and preventive care visits
  • Manage chronic disease treatment plans and medication adjustments
  • Order, review, and interpret diagnostic testing and lab work
  • Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently within the EMR
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care
  • Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and clinical support staff
  • Maintain quality, compliance, and patient satisfaction standards
  • Manage daily patient schedules averaging 25–30 patients per day
