About The Position

Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Monday – Friday, eight hour days between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. No weekends, holidays or call. Be part of something remarkable As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our ambulatory care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to: Provide evaluation and treatment for a wide range of gastrointestinal disorders in an outpatient setting. Conduct comprehensive health history and physical assessment for new and follow up patients with diagnoses such as constipation, reflux, and failure to thrive. Manage feeding tubes and perform gastrostomy tube changes Work with collaborative specialty practice, with opportunity for leadership, education, and professional development

Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Nursing Program (if Nurse Practitioner).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from accredited PA Program (if Physician Assistant).
  • State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure.
  • Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice (if Nurse Practitioner).
  • Active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice (Family, Pediatric Acute Care, or Pediatric Primary Care) (if Nurse Practitioner).
  • Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice (if Physician Assistant).
  • Active PA board certification (if Physician Assistant).
  • Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
