About The Position

The Mass General Brigham Cancer Institute at Cooley Dickinson Hospital is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing outpatient Medical Oncology & Hematology team. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The schedule consists of four clinical days and one dedicated administrative day each week, with no nights, weekends, holidays, or call responsibilities. This position is primarily based in our ambulatory hematology/oncology practice and infusion suite which provides comprehensive care to adult oncology and hematology patients in a team-based outpatient setting. It offers an outstanding opportunity to develop expertise in a specialty that emphasizes continuity of care, multidisciplinary collaboration, and long-term relationships with patients throughout their cancer journey. APPs work closely with physicians to co-manage oncology patients, with the opportunity to build an independent panel of classical hematology patients. This role sees approximately 8–9 patients per clinic day with the support of a dedicated multidisciplinary team that includes social work and other ancillary services.
