About The Position

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive care to orthopedic patients in an inpatient setting. This role involves conducting comprehensive or episodic health history and physical assessments of patients/families with acute health problems.

Requirements

Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Nursing Program (if Nurse Practitioner)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from accredited PA Program (if Physician Assistant)
State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure
Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice (if Nurse Practitioner)
Active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice (Adult, Adult/Gerontology Acute Care, Adult/Gerontology Primary Care) (if Nurse Practitioner)
Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice (if Physician Assistant)
Active PA board certification (if Physician Assistant)
Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire

Responsibilities
