About The Position

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Dermatology NP or PA seeking a balanced, high-quality outpatient practice environment with strong earning potential and predictable weekday hours. Providers in this role care for a diverse dermatology patient population across medical, surgical, and cosmetic services while working alongside an experienced clinical team. Your day will include a mix of patient evaluations, treatment planning, follow-up visits, procedures, and cosmetic consultations, depending on your training and experience. The clinic is designed to support providers with efficient workflows, collaborative support staff, and the ability to practice with a meaningful level of autonomy. This role is especially well-suited for providers who enjoy building long-term patient relationships, staying current on dermatologic treatments and procedures, and working in an environment that values both clinical quality and provider satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited U.S.-based Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Active or eligible NP or PA license
  • Minimum of 1 year of general dermatology experience required
  • Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
  • Ability to work full-time Monday–Friday schedule

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology
  • Prior outpatient dermatology clinic experience
  • Procedural dermatology exposure
  • Experience with cosmetic consultations and treatments
  • Strong EMR documentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat general dermatologic conditions
  • Perform or assist with dermatologic surgical procedures
  • Provide cosmetic dermatology services consistent with training and experience
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and follow-up care recommendations
  • Educate patients on diagnoses, medications, procedures, and preventive care
  • Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently within the EMR
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
  • Maintain compliance with clinical, safety, and documentation standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Support a positive patient experience and high standard of care
