Pediatric Nurse Practitioners - Bring Healthcare Home Flagstaff Arizona | In-Home Preventive Care Looking for a way to practice that gives you more autonomy, meaningful patient interaction, and flexibility outside the traditional clinic setting? EasyHealth is growing our Nurse Practitioner network in Flag Staff Arizona, Washington, and we're looking for experienced, compassionate NPs who want to make healthcare more accessible; one home at a time.
Requirements
- Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner license
- Nationally board certified
- Must be certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
- Must be PNP-PC – Pediatric Primary Care NP
- Must be registered Medicaid
- Comfortable conducting comprehensive Medicaid health assessments, identifying care gaps
- Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
- Comfortable traveling locally for scheduled in-home visits
- Enjoy working independently while being part of a supportive clinical organization
- Bring warmth, professionalism, and excellent communication skills into every member's home
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive preventive health assessments during scheduled in-home visits.
- Identify care needs and close important gaps.
- Connect members to appropriate ongoing care.
- Focus on the member and deliver a thoughtful, high-quality assessment.
