About The Position

Tenet Healthcare and the Children's Hospital of Michigan are looking for a NP or PA to join a growing Pediatric Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) team dedicated to delivering exceptional, family-centered care to children and their families. This opportunity offers the chance to work alongside five Pediatric ENT physicians and two experienced advanced practice providers in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment focused on expanding access to specialized care across both hospital-based and community clinic settings. The Nurse Practitioner will play a vital role in providing comprehensive pediatric ENT care while supporting the continued growth of the program.

Responsibilities

Primarily outpatient position providing care in both hospital-based Pediatric ENT clinics and community-based satellite clinics
Collaborate closely with five Pediatric ENT physicians, advanced practice providers, audiologists, speech therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams
Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage pediatric ENT patients, including both new and established patient visits and follow-up care
Perform in-office procedures including nasal endoscopy, ear debridement, ear and nasal foreign body removal, and nasal cautery
No operating room responsibilities; focus on clinic-based care, patient education, care coordination, and continuity of care across multiple settings
