About The Position

Works collaboratively with Physicians to provide comprehensive health assessments, determine diagnosis, actively participate in all lines of service, monitor, and manage quality of care protocols, prescribe treatments, and manage health care of patients. This is a full-time position requiring 80 hours per pay period, with a 1st shift and late days on Tuesdays. The role involves 36 hours of patient-facing time per week.

Requirements

• State of Ohio Certificate to practice as a Certified Nurse Practitioner or Clinical Nurse Specialist.
• State of Ohio Certificate to Prescribe.
• Federal DEA Registration Number.
• CPR - approved by the American Heart Association.
• ACLS - approved by the American Heart Association.
• Basic computer skills and ability to access internet and other programs applicable to Hocking Valley Community Hospital procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive health assessments.
