Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate - Elmwood Primary Care
About The Position
Elmwood Primary Care, a hospital-employed, outpatient family medicine practice located in Waterville, Maine, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join our dynamic, patient-centered team. As a member of our practice, you will provide a full range of primary care services and manage your own patient panel. You will work within a highly collaborative, team-based model that includes: Medical Staff, Care Management, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. This role offers a four-day clinical workweek and a day of dedicated administrative time, supporting excellent work-life balance. Call responsibility is by phone only and triaged prior to coming to you.
Requirements
- NP or PA certification
- Maine medical licensure (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- New graduates with substantial related experience will be considered
Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
