About The Position

Sky Care, the immediate care branch of Sky Lakes Medical Group, is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate (PA) to join their experienced team. This position offers a unique blend of clinical independence and a supportive, collegial environment in a fast-paced, outpatient setting. The role involves managing your own patient panel within a highly collaborative group, with a schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week, providing four days off. The clinical scope includes full-time outpatient care with a volume of approximately 30 patients per day. While no specific procedures are mandated, candidates comfortable with "UC basics" like suturing, casting, splinting, and minor procedures (e.g., toenail removal) are valued. Opportunities for academic involvement are available for those interested in teaching or professional development.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Urgent Care or ED FastTrack setting.
Comfortable working independently and seeing a diverse patient panel.
Must be a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate.
Open to discussing the role with high-achieving new graduates who have a strong background in emergency or urgent care.

Nice To Haves
