About The Position

Sky Lakes Neurology Clinic is looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate (PA) to join their collaborative team. This role offers deep clinical engagement in an outpatient setting without the burnout of a 24/7 hospital cycle. The position focuses on continuity of care, allowing the NP/PA to build lasting relationships with patients. The schedule is a 4-day work week with a dedicated admin day, totaling 40 hours, with no weekends or call coverage. The clinical scope is 100% outpatient care with a manageable patient volume of 15-18 patients per day, with appointment times ranging from 20 to 40 minutes. No procedures are required, focusing solely on high-quality neurology.

Requirements

• Must be a certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate.
• Open to both seasoned Neurology APPs and motivated New Graduates.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuity of care for neurology patients.
• Manage a patient volume of 15-18 patients per day.
• Conduct patient appointments ranging from 20 to 40 minutes.
• Focus on high-quality neurology care.
• Collaborate with experienced MDs in a supportive environment.

Benefits

• Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 (dependent on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $30,000 (distributed over 3 years)
