About The Position

Sky Lakes Neurology Clinic is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate (PA) to join their collaborative team. This role offers deep clinical engagement in an outpatient setting without the demands of a 24/7 hospital cycle. The clinic is experiencing growth and is hiring to expand its team. The NP or PA will work alongside two experienced MDs in a supportive environment, focusing on building lasting relationships through continuity of care. New patient visits are primarily handled by the MDs, allowing the NP/PA to concentrate on ongoing patient management.

Requirements

• Must be a certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate.
• Open to both seasoned Neurology APPs and motivated New Graduates.

Responsibilities

• Focus on building lasting relationships through continuity of care.
• Manage a manageable volume of 15-18 patients per day in a 100% outpatient setting.
• Conduct patient appointments ranging from 20 to 40 minutes.
• Provide high-quality neurology care without required procedures.

Benefits

• 4-day work week with 1 dedicated admin day (40 hours total).
• No weekends and zero call coverage.
• Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 (dependent on experience).
• Sign-On Bonus: $30,000 (distributed over 3 years).
