About The Position
A fast-growing long-term care organization is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to support geriatric residents at a nursing home in Staten Island, NY. The role provides full-scope primary care, including new admissions and follow-up visits, in collaboration with the care team.
Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in New York.
- DEA license.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.

- Nursing home experience is strongly preferred.
