About The Position
This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients in the Emergency Department (ED). Responsibilities include performing clinical procedures such as suturing, casting, and wound care. The practitioner will collaborate with the ED team and consult with physicians when necessary, while maintaining up-to-date skills in emergency medicine and ensuring patient safety.
Requirements
- Licensed in the State of Indiana.
- Certified by the AANP as a Nurse Practitioner or certified by the NCCPA as a Physician Assistant.
- ACLS required.
- BLS required.
- ATLS required within six months.
Nice To Haves
- PALS preferred.
- ENPC preferred for Nurse Practitioner candidates.
- Prior Emergency Department experience preferred.
Responsibilities
