About The Position

QuadMed is looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Milwaukee, WI. This role is part of a team that is redefining healthcare, focusing on quality of care and patient engagement. The position offers an outpatient-only, preventative medicine focus with a strong emphasis on work-life balance and a realistic patient panel size. The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will work with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, specifically Epic, and make a difference in the lives of patients who are encouraged to be engaged and responsible for their own care. Requirements

• Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university
• Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience
• Ability to work independently
• Working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Active and unrestricted applicable licensure
• Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
• NPI & DEA
• Current National Board Certification

Nice To Haves

• May be required to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner Certification, depending on job responsibilities or location
