About The Position

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the United States.
• Certification from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of one year clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
• Ability to work independently and manage patient care effectively in a PRN role.
• The required clinical skills enable the practitioner to perform thorough patient evaluations, make accurate diagnoses, and develop effective treatment plans that improve patient health outcomes.
• Communication skills are essential for educating patients and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Proficiency with electronic health records facilitates efficient documentation and information sharing, which is critical in a PRN setting where practitioners may work across multiple sites.
• Adaptability and time management skills are vital to balance fluctuating workloads and maintain high standards of care in diverse healthcare environments.

Responsibilities
