About The Position

Jonesboro Pediatrics is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their established pediatric practice. This role offers a predictable weekday schedule, light shared call, and a focus on outpatient pediatrics without hospital responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be patient-centered, team-oriented, and eager to build long-term relationships within a community-focused practice. The position is full-time and located in Jonesboro and McDonough, Georgia.

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Georgia licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Mid-level to seasoned pediatric experience preferred
• Spanish language skills preferred
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, family-centered pediatric care

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care to infants, children, and adolescents
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients, families, and the care team
• Collaborate closely with pediatricians, fellow providers, and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation using eClinicalWorks EMR
• Participate in shared call and occasional weekend coverage (light, rotating schedule)
