About The Position

Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an outpatient primary care position serving clinics in Fitchburg and Leominster, Massachusetts. Requirements

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant REQUIRED
• Massachusetts License Or Eligibility To Obtain Massachusetts Licensure REQUIRED
• DEA Registration Or Ability To Obtain DEA Registration REQUIRED
• Ability To Provide Outpatient Primary Care REQUIRED
• Ability To Practice At Both Fitchburg And Leominster Outpatient Locations REQUIRED
